Syncupp allows agencies to invite unlimited clients as Viewers at zero additional cost.

What Can Viewers See?

• Viewers only see the specific boards you explicitly share with them.
• They cannot see internal timesheets, billing details, or private team chats.
• They can view task cards, download shared attachments, and leave comments when looped in.

Copy Invitation Link for Pending Viewers

When adding a client or viewer, if their invite is in pending status:

1. Locate their row in the Viewers list.
2. Click the Copy invitation link action button (link icon).
3. Send the copied URL directly to your client via email, WhatsApp, or Slack.
